When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email within 24-48 hours, please contact our concierge care team at hello@serumize.com.
To prevent unauthorized re-selling of our products, we limit our customers to 10 pcs per item over a 3 months period. If you would like to request a one-time exception to this policy for a personal occasion, kindly reach out to us at hello@serumize.com to tell us why you need the high-volume order. Kindly note that it is up to the team to approve or disapprove your request. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason at any time, at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order, we will promptly refund your payment.

Currently, we ship to USA (including Hawaii and Alaska, yay!) and Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We have now expanded our shipping coverage so we can ship directly to our international clients.

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to pick and pack each order within 1-3 business days after you place your order.
Untracked means it's going by Canada Post (or USPS) letter/untracked mail without a tracking number. Once it leaves our hands + is in the postal system, we have no way of finding out where it is.
Due to busy periods like the holidays + natural disasters, shipping times aren't always that reliable so while we do our best to provide an estimated arrival time frame, it’s not guaranteed.
All liability & responsibility of the untracked parcel is at the buyers risk when they select untracked shipping.
We offer super low cost shipping for customers with untracked shipping. If a shipping method is untracked, it will always indicate this in its title. For example. “ UNTRACKED…”
Although untracked packages are over 98% reliable, they are not insured.If your parcel is lost, delayed or broken in the post, it is untraceable, not insured, non-replaceable and non-refundable.
There are no replacements for damage or loss with untracked shipments.
Any untracked shipment is explicitly at buyers risk. Untracked mail can be very slow sometimes.
Some times we provide upgrade an untracked order to a partially tracked link with chit/chats as a courtesy to our customers as proof that the order was indeed shipped and handed to USPS/Canada post for the last leg of untracked delivery. This means that delivery will not be tracked as you choose “untracked shipping” but you’ll see that it was sent out in good condition. We remain not liable for partial or untracked shipping.
If your package got damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise as is and reach out to us immediately at to hello@serumize.com. We will arrange a pick up and definitely look into the damaged package and items. Kindly provide us with your order number and photos of all damaged items, so our team can assess the claim and take the proper steps to help find a satisfactory solution.
Please let us immediately by emailing hello@serumize.com to be considered for a replacement. We will open a serious investigation with our carrier to attempt to recover the package, which will take a minimum of 72 hours to resolve. If the package cannot be recovered, we will file a claim with our carrier. Full or partial refunds will only be given to orders for which the carrier has approved our claim. This process may take some time before it is completed. In the majority of cases, if our carrier determines that your package has been delivered, we are unable to ship a replacement. It is your responsibility to provide us with a safe address and most suitable place to send your items, it is our responsibility to ensure that your items get delivered to the said address.
A direct signature will be required if your order is over $250 in total value (excluding shipping).
If you’re unhappy with your product, please e-mail us hello@serumize.com within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will be able to provide you with a return authorization and our mailing information. If the product is unopened, unsealed and unused, we will happily provide you with a refund. At our discretion, we may issue merchant credit in lieu of a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only items that were purchased directly from Serumize.com will be accepted. For all products that were purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.

Unfortunately, only regularly priced and unopened items can be returned and refunded at the moment.
All Serumize products have a shelf life of 3 years (1 year after opening). All skin care products have a PAO, or period-after-opening date that is printed on the packaging. This information is a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy. If you turn your Serumize bottles to the back, you will see a little open can with a number inside. This refers to the number of months in which we recommend using the product.
Our Gift Cards have an expiration date of 2 years from purchase. Serumize Gift Cards may be used only for purchases in United States & Canada at http://serumize.com. Serumize is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards of use without your permission.

No, we do not test our products on animals, we don’t believe in giving them up for your skin goals. We use scientifically tested and proven ingredients, and make sure that our full supply chain is cruelty free as well.
While Serumize aims for its products to be as naturally sourced as possible, it is far more important that the ingredients in them be effective and safe for our body and skin. Many natural ingredients are irritating skin stressors so we consistently formulate our products with soothing, low-hazard ingredients regardless of their natural or synthetic status. We totally understand that everyone isn’t a fan of scents. All ingredients have their natural scents however we usually don’t add any fragrances or scent oils to our products. If it has a smell it’s because the ingredients have their own natural smell.
