If you’re unhappy with your product, please e-mail us hello@serumize.com within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will be able to provide you with a return authorization and our mailing information. If the product is unopened, unsealed, and unused, we will happily provide you with a refund. At our discretion, we may issue merchant credit in lieu of a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
