However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@serumize.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the necessary mailing information.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds are not available for items purchased on sale or at a discount.
- If you did not receive the wrong product, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the above criteria, we will process your refund. At our discretion, we may issue store credit in lieu of a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Only products purchased directly from SERUMIZE.COM are eligible for return. For products bought through authorized retailers, please contact them directly.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account once processed.
