Processing Time

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to pick and pack each order within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Orders on Friday will ship on Monday. Please see our FAQ for more details.

SHIPPING TO THIRD PARTY

We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement and both addresses match.  Note, however, that Serumize Skin reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.

At this time we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada can be expected within 5-8 business days. Please note standard shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, expedited shipping is available. Serumize Skin is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including a shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping to USA & Canada

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You have the option for standard and expedited shipping via DHL & Canada post.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Serumize Skin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (hello@serumize.com).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@Serumize.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery Fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
